We take feedback very seriously at Hugo Mash - all around the restaurant you can find Mashback forms (and here too soon) allowing you to let us know what you thought of your time with us.
So far, in response to your feedback, we have increased our portion size, introduced a wider drinks selection, lowered prices, and squeezed in another sofa, to name but a few changes; and we have every intention of continuing listening to you in order to make sure that the Hugo Mash offer is truly on target.
